Incorporating Cyber Security Controls for VASPs
The EU's Digital Operational Resilience Act and Singapore's Technology Risk Management Guidelines do not simply say VASPs must implement cybersecurity measures. They specify ISO-aligned frameworks, mandate scenario-based penetration testing and set hard incident-reporting clocks: four hours for initial notification, 72 hours for a follow-up report. PVARA's framework currently asks applicants to submit a Cybersecurity Framework without defining what one must contain. A comprehensive course for VASPs implementing the cyber security controls PVARA regulations call for.
Custom in-house training for government ministries, regulatory bodies and corporate organisations on request.
